In my 30+ years career across 5 continents, I worked for global ad networks and at Google.

In the ad agency world, I started as a copywriter and worked my way up to become Chief Creative Officer. During this journey, I was lucky enough to win 300+ creative awards (including Cannes, D&AD, LIA, Clio, The One Show, Effie, Epica, Eurobest, NY Festival and Art Directors Club).

In my 10 years in Google Marketing, I led cross-functional and cross-national teams in writing strategies, creating and producing B2B+B2C+B&R campaigns to promote Google and Youtube products across EMEA Emerging Markets, with a particular focus on Russia, Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya and South Africa. As an Innovation leader, I was part of Google Principles Pioneers -a community of trained AI advisors that stress tests sensitive products to make sure all ethical parameters are respected. Being a passionate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion upstander, I completed 25+ courses on the subject. This allowed me to launch the first Google campaign starring a person with disabilities in Russia, the first Google campaign starring an underrepresented person in South Africa, the first Google campaign co-starring a person with disabilities in Nigeria and multiple purpose-led projects celebrating female achievements in Kenya, Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

I was the youngest President of the Art Directors Club of Italy. I published 2 books, taught in 4 universities and got 1 MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. I speak Italian, Portuguese, English and basic Russian. I lived and worked in Italy, Brazil, US, Russia, UK and I'm now in Hong Kong, where I’m Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy.
